der Vorstand der Jungen Piraten Deutschland lädt Dich hiermit zur 1. bundesweiten Mitgliederversammlung in Eggebek ein.
Die Versammlung findet statt
am 20-21. August 2022 ab 10:00 Uhr
Akkreditierung ab 09:30 Uhr

Am 19.08 wird, um die Anfahrt zu erleichtern, ein Bus durch Deutschland fahren und die Mitglieder, welche sich im Vorhinein auf die E-Mail-Abfrage gemeldet haben, abholen. In Eggebek werden wir in Zelten untergebracht sein, es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit ein Zimmer in der nahegelegenen Jugendherberge zu buchen. Falls ihr Interesse daran habt ein Zimmer zu buchen, schreibt bitte eine E-Mail an koordination@jungepiraten.de. Die Veranstaltung wird Hybrid stattfinden, die Zugangsdaten zum Stream und OpenSlides werdet ihr morgens am 20.08 erhalten. Camping-Equipment (wie ein Zelt etc.) ist selbst mitzubringen!
Zwecks Planungssicherheit brauchen wir von dir bis zum 22.07. eine Rückmeldung, ob du den kostenlosen Abhol- und Bringservice per Bus nutzen möchtest*. Zudem können bis zu diesem Termin auch noch (kostenpflichtig!) Zimmer in der nahegelegenen Jugendherberge gebucht werden. Alle weiteren Informationen könnt ihr der vorherigen E-Mail entnehmen.

the Executive Committee of the Young Pirates Germany hereby invites you to the 1st nationwide general meeting in Eggebek.
The meeting will take place
on 20-21 August 2022 starting at 10:00 a.m.

On 19.08, to make the journey easier, a bus will travel through Germany to pick up the members who have registered in advance in response to the e-mail enquiry. In Eggebek we will be accommodated in tents, but there is also the possibility to book a room in the nearby youth hostel. If you are interested in booking a room, please send an email to koordination@jungepiraten.de. The event will take place Hybrid, you will receive the access data for the stream and OpenSlides on 20.08 in the morning. You have to bring your own camping equipment (like a tent etc.)!
For planning security we need your feedback until 22.07. if you want to use the free pick-up and drop-off service by bus*. You can also book a room (for a fee!) at the nearby youth hostel until this date. All further information can be found in the previous email.

L’assemblée aura lieu
les 20-21 août 2022 à partir de 10:00 heures

Le 19.08, afin de faciliter le voyage, un bus traversera l’Allemagne pour aller chercher les membres qui se sont inscrits à l’avance suite à la demande par e-mail. A Eggebek, nous serons logés sous tente, mais il est également possible de réserver une chambre dans l’auberge de jeunesse toute proche. Si vous êtes intéressés par la réservation d’une chambre, veuillez envoyer un e-mail à koordination@jungepiraten.de. L’événement sera hybride, vous recevrez les données d’accès au streaming et aux OpenSlides le 20.08 au matin. Vous devez apporter votre propre matériel de camping (tente, etc.) !
Afin d’assurer la sécurité de la planification, nous avons besoin d’une réponse de ta part avant le 22.07 si tu souhaites utiliser le service gratuit de ramassage et de livraison par bus*. Jusqu’à cette date, il est également possible de réserver des chambres (payantes) dans l’auberge de jeunesse située à proximité.
